At PerfectlyEngraved.co.uk we use a mix of the latest engraving technology and accomplished engravers to achieve excellent results time and time again.
Below we have provided you with a bit of information about the engraving equipment we use and the services we offer at PerfectlyEngraved.co.uk. You will also see a list of the different types of fonts and styles you can choose from when getting your silverware item engraved.
Engraving Instructions
* Once you have made your purchase, if the item is in stock, our engraver will email you a PDF proof for your approval, this will be within 1-5 working days for standard delivery items and within 1-3 working days for express delivery items.
* Please note if your item is out of stock the proof will be sent as soon as the stock arrives.
* For Express Next Day delivery items please note the proof must be confirmed by 2pm GMT to ensure the order is dispatched the same day.
* If after 14-21 days you have not approved the engraving proof we engrave the item and deliver the item to your address. We do not accept reponsibility for late delivery or engraving errors if an engraving proof is not confirmed by the customer.
* Unfortunatly we do not accept liability for the damage or loss of customer items placed with us for engraving.
*All engraving charges are set out on the indivdual products, however in the case of products which include more than one item or have space for engraving to be done in more than one place, there will be an additonal fee charged for this service.
