IMPORTANT INFORMATION - ROYAL MAIL STRIKE ACTION
Royal Mail Strikes over October, November and December will cause considerable delays, please order in plenty of time, unfortunately, we can not guarantee delivery dates during the strike action.
Standard post will take considerably longer (Royal Mail have estimated 10-14 days during strike action)
Tracked24 shipments are being prioritised by Royal Mail over this period - please upgrade if you need your order in a hurry!
We aim to dispatch your item the same day it’s ordered before 10 am and engraving proofs are approved before 2pm whenever possible. Orders placed after 10am we aim to dispatch the next working day (Subject to the item being in stock and engraving proofs approved)
This ensures you receive your item as soon as possible, no matter your location.
We offer next day delivery in the UK and international shipping through two proven and reliable couriers, UPS and Royal Mail.
Our standard fees are as follows:
UK Standard Delivery - Free
UK Next Day Delivery - From £7.49
International Delivery - From £8.99 with estimates available in your basket
Tracking Your Order
Through your online Perfectly Engraved account, we off a tracking service to keep you update on the location of your order. Simply head to the ‘MY ORDERS’ section on your account.
Additionally, we will provide the courier tracking number, allowing you to track your item directly through your courier.
