Will I receive an engraving proof?
A proof will be sent if requested or if the Engraving Team believes this is necessary due to complex designs etc.
How should I request a proof?
If a proof is required, please advise in the notes when purchasing your item. You can also contact a member of our Customer Service Team following your purchase.
How will I receive my proof?
Your proof will be sent by email. Please keep an eye out in your spam folder as delays in your response may hold up the order.
Can items bought elsewhere be engraved?
We only offer engraving on items bought from Perfectly Engraved due to material types etc.
Will you be able to engrave a company logo?
Yes - If the space is sufficient, we’re able to offer company logo engraving.
Can you engrave a signature?
Simple designs are possible for engraving for signatures. Please speak to our Customer Service Team for more information!
Are silver items hallmarked?
Yes - The majority of silver items from Perfectly Engraved have a hallmark, however, smaller items may not be applicable.
Can I have my item gift wrapped?
Yes - the majority of our items are eligible for gift wrapping.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes - You can track your delivery using you Perfectly Engraved account as well as directly through your chosen courier.
