Engraved Items
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns of engraved items unless they are faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the fault at [email protected] and one of our team will be happy to help
Please check your order details thoroughly for spelling and grammar, custom names and text will be copied directly from the order form we can not refund or send replacements for spelling mistakes/ typos made by the customer.
Please thoroughly check engraving details when placing your order and also on your order confirmation email
If an engraving proof is requested and approved, we can not be held responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Unfortunately, engraved orders can not be canceled if they have already been engraved.
All missing and damaged products must be reported within 7 days of receipt of delivery
Non-Engraved Items
Items may only be returned within 30 days of receipt please contact our team at [email protected]
If you have changed your mind, or the item is not suitable, you may return your order for a full refund.
Return postage costs are paid for by the customer - please contact us with your return request and await instructions.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging and be in an unused condition.
If all conditions aren’t met, your refund could be declined.
